Cette approche, dite transg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle, repose sur le concept d\u2019inconscient collectif d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par Carl Gustav Jung et sur celui de loyaut\u00e9 familiale invisible selon lequel il existe des dettes familiales dont il faut s\u2019acquitter. La m\u00e9thode du g\u00e9nosociogramme, cr\u00e9\u00e9e par Anne Ancelin Sch\u00fctzenberger, permet de relever et de clari\ufb01er les co\u00efncidences de dates et d\u2019\u00e2ge chez divers membres d\u2019une m\u00eame famille. Cette th\u00e9rapie a en effet la particularit\u00e9 d\u2019int\u00e9grer diff\u00e9rentes th\u00e9ories, diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9coles de pens\u00e9es, dont les plus connues sont les suivantes :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Alexandro Jodorowsky soutient qu\u2019on porte son arbre g\u00e9n\u00e9alogique dans son corps et que l\u2019on peut gu\u00e9rir de ses souffrances gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un travail de prise de conscience et un rituel de puri\ufb01cation.<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9thode de \u00ab constellation familiale \u00bb, du psychanalyste allemand Bert Hellinger, repose sur un travail de groupe qui permet de concr\u00e9tiser le \u00ab champ d\u2019\u00e9nergie familiale \u00bb par le choix de diff\u00e9rentes personnes qui repr\u00e9sentent notre famille.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le psychanalyste Serge Tisseron (dans la droite lign\u00e9e d\u2019Abraham et de Torok), l\u2019outil de la psychog\u00e9n\u00e9alogie est le transfert, ce lien th\u00e9rapeutique qui devient une chambre d\u2019\u00e9cho du pass\u00e9. Mais savoir est une chose, int\u00e9grer en est une autre. En compl\u00e9ment, un travail en groupe a pour fonction de mettre en sc\u00e8ne les traumatismes familiaux et de les d\u00e9nouer.
