Il y a autant de sch\u00e9mas de \u00ab premier rendez-vous \u00bb qu\u2019il y a de m\u00e9thodes th\u00e9rapeutiques, voire de psys. Ils posent donc des questions pr\u00e9cises pour d\u00e9terminer leur probl\u00e9matique au plus vite et \u00eatre ensuite plus rapidement efficace. En revanche, chez d\u2019autres th\u00e9rapeutes, aucun pr\u00e9-programme n\u2019est pr\u00e9vu, la th\u00e9rapie avancera au rythme des d\u00e9couvertes effectu\u00e9es par le patient.<br \/>Rien ne sert de pr\u00e9cipiter le processus. Ce qui compte le plus, c\u2019est la prise de conscience du probl\u00e8me par la personne elle-m\u00eame. Pour qu\u2019elle soit efficace, la d\u00e9marche \u00e0 suivre doit venir du patient lui-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<\/div><div
