\u00e0 \u00e9diter : <strong>Ordonnance<\/strong> ou <strong>Feuille de soins<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compl\u00e9tez les champs (posologie, code acte, majorations \u00e9ventuelles\u2026).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Validez ; le document est aussit\u00f4t archiv\u00e9 dans le dossier du patient et pr\u00eat \u00e0 \u00eatre
